ADDITIONAL CHILD: Summer Clinics (Jackson)

All players must register online before attending.

This is the registration form for additional children in the same family, who get 50% off.  For 1st child in the family, register under "1st CHILD." 

IMPORTANT: The 1st child registered must be the highest priced child.

Clinics are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm.  Match day is Mondays at the same time.

Cost is $22.50 per week.  Receive 1 additional free week when you pay for 5 or more weeks.

Payments can be made online or by check, payable to "Real Deal Tennis" and given to the director.

We require USTA membership number.  If player is not a member, go to usta.com to get a junior membership ($18) before completing this registration.
