Junior Clinic Registration

Please read the registration forms carefully.

All players must register online before attending.

Payments can be made online or by check, payable to "Jackson Tennis Academy" and given to the director.

We require USTA membership number.  If player is not a member, go to usta.com to get a junior membership ($18) before completing this registration.

Additional children in the same family get 50% off, and should be registered under the event: "ADDITIONAL CHILDREN Spring Clinics."

IMPORTANT: The 1st child registered must be the highest priced child.
