What if it rains or is too cold?
In event of bad weather, the director will e-mail all attendees as soon
as the decision is made to cancel the clinic. If you do not have remote
access to e-mail, you may try to text message to one of the pros.
However, please know that the pros may be on court at the time, and therefore
unable to answer immediately.
What about make up clinics for canceled days?
Make up clinics for bad weather will be
on Tuesdays and Thursdays in December, starting on December 2. There will
only be as many make up clinics as are necessary for the kids that missed
clinics. There is one exception to this: if your child is registered for
only 1 day per week, you may make up the clinic on another week, as long as
your child is already registered for the latter week also, i.e. he/she will come twice in the make up week.
Do
I have to attend all of the days in the week? No. You choose
how many days.
Can I come to a different day/s of the week
than I usually do? Yes.
Can I pay by the week or by the
month? Yes.
Can I drop in if I have not registered for
a particular week? Yes. The fee for one day is $20. However, you must have registered before for some clinic and agreed to the online liability waiver and code of respect.
If
I have registered online for some clinics, do I have to register online
again? No. You can just bring a check payable to Real Deal
Tennis. But if you prefer, you can register and pay online again.
What
if I get an error message when I get to the payment page? Just
bring a check, payable to Real Deal Tennis. This rarely happens,
but it can.
